Samantha Moffett

Samantha Moffett is the Director of Early Education at People’s Institute.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from Westfield State University and her Director Level II License from Holyoke Community College.  Samantha brings over 5 years of early education teaching experience in the private school sector as lead teacher and working as a camp lead counselor and staff member at the Hampshire Regional YMCA Child Watch Center for over 10 years.

In her spare time, Samantha loves spending time with her husband Eddy and their young son, Maxwell, who also attends People’s Institute.  They are long time members of the Northampton community and enjoy participating and exploring all that the Pioneer Valley has to offer. 

Samantha believes that children learn best through stories, creative play, and an enriching curriculum.  Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers at People’s Institute, she is excited and committed to providing families a loving, compassionate, and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
