Megan Leary

Megan began teaching in the Penguins preschool class in 2019. She was born and raised in Western Mass and received a bachelor's degree in Psychology at UMASS, Amherst. By working in childcare throughout her years of undergrad, she was confident in becoming fully immersed in this field post-graduation. She is passionate about enriching the lives of children through mindful care and patience. As a member of the Northampton community she aims to support local growth and wellbeing for those among our city. In her free time Megan enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming and works to implement nature as a key source of learning in the classroom.
